Welcome to Voidspace! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Voidspace mobile application, VR application, wearable devices, and related services (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Voidspace, you affirm that you are at least 14 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services. You also confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Privacy and Data Security
2.1 Encrypted Data Protection
Your journal data is encrypted before being stored on the cloud.
We do not use your personal data to train AI models.
We only retain your data to provide cross-platform synchronization across Voidspace services, including the mobile app, VR experiences, wearable devices, and workshops.
2.2 User Control and Sharing
By default, all user data is private.
Users can voluntarily share data by enabling explicit sharing settings.
If sharing is enabled, you grant Voidspace permission to process shared data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Use of Services
3.1 Permitted Use
Voidspace is designed for personal growth, self-improvement, and mindfulness.
You agree not to misuse our Services or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
